Team Up to Green Up!

EarthShare of Georgia is partnering with the West Atlanta Watershed Alliance (WAWA) on a stream clean-up of Grove Park in NW Atlanta on Saturday, November 14, from 11 a.m.-3 p.m.  We invite you to participate as a company team!  Grove Park is in the Proctor Creek watershed, one of the most threatened watersheds in the Atlanta area.

America Recycles Day

Recycling allows individuals to give new life to the products they use.  When manufacturers use recycled materials in their products, not only does it conserve natural resources and reduce waster in landfills, but it also reduces greenhouse gas emissions through energy savings.

Saliter Lunches

In 2010 as part of the anti-childhood-obesity initiative the amount of sodium in school lunches was reduced. Currently, the School Nutrition Association tries to undo the low-sodium restriction. EarthShare National member group Union of Concerned Scientists is working to keep the low-sodium restrictions to keep our school kids healthier.
